Important Information re: Awards, Elections of Officers and AGM

With the COVID-19 Virus gaining traction in all communities across Canada, DCMHA feels at this time it is prudent to reschedule the Annual Awards, Elections of Officers and AGM until further notice.  We have given this considerable thought and felt that with a large number of people within DCMHA travelling over Spring Break it would be smarter to wait a period of time after people return from their travels before holding these events.  DCMHA takes this health concern very seriously and wants to protect all players/parents/family members' health.  When the spread of this virus is more contained and there is no imminent health concerns DCMHA will re-schedule these events.

 

As this season draws to a close DCMHA would like to thank all their volunteers who stepped up to make this season a success for all the players, without you DCMHA could not function.

DCMHA wishes safe travels and a fun Spring Break to all our registrants and families, as well, we are cheering on our teams, Pee Wee Rep and  Midget Rep, who are attending Provincial Championships!

 

Look for an email with an update on the rescheduling of these events.  Anyone who might be interested in taking on a position on the DCMHA Board of Directors can contact the office or one of the Executive for information on what is involved.  We still need a good turn out for the AGM as our funding from the Community Gaming Grant is contingent on our membership attending.
